This web site is an online information and communication service provided by MakPackages.com Please read these terms of use carefully before using this site. MakPackages.com reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, alter or otherwise update these terms of use at any time. Such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting of the modified terms of use. By using this service after we have posted such modifications, alterations or updates, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. Mak Packages.com has the right to deny access to anyone at its complete and sole discretion for any reason including for violation of any of these terms of use.
1) Quotations
Custom quotes and estimates are good for 30 days and will be re-quoted after 30 days. Prices calculated and/or posted on this website may change from time to time and are subject to change without any notice. MakPackages.com reserves the right to refuse an order due to errors generated by our web pricing software. In this extremely rare instance of this happening, the customer will be notified immediately and never more than 5 business hours of the following business day.
2) Specifications
All custom Estimates and Quotations are based on the specifications provided by the client. MakPackages.com will re-quote a job at the time of submission if the job does not agree with the specifications on which the estimate or quote is based. All web based pricing is based on the specifications provided by the client when placing an order. There are no conditions or agreements relating to any order which is not written or not included on this web site and/or written Estimate, Quotation or Invoice.
3) Turnaround time
We offer different turnaround time to choose from.
All turnaround times start with the next business day from the time the client gives final approval of design, not from when the order is first submitted. We ship orders according to the given time frame and if under any circumstance any delays occur, MakPackages.com will inform the client immediately. MakPackages.com would not be responsible for any delays from courier. For bulk order turnaround times may vary, depending upon the quantity.
4) Payment Methods
All orders must be paid 100% in advance. We accept all major Credit Cards, Wire Transfers and Bank Check.
Once we receive your payment, your order would be processed. Please note that if you pay using Personal or Business Check, your order may be held for up to 7 to 13 business days after receiving your check to clear it and after then the turnaround time will start. For faster shipping time use Cashier's Checks. Make all checks payable to MakPackages.com
5) Right to Produce
MakPackages.com reserves the right to use its sole discretion in refusing to print anything it deems improper or known to be illegal.
6) Electronic Media and Files
Makpackages.com is not responsible for damage to or accidental loss of any electronic media supplied by the client and makes no warranties as to archiving or maintaining said electronic media and/or printed files or samples. It is the client's responsibility to maintain a copy of the original electronic files, images, data and samples. makpackages.com has no responsibility for errors on supplied artwork or electronic files or data furnished by the client and is held harmless by the client for any errors on its supplied artwork, electronic files and data. MakPackages.com will produce printed jobs from the client’s supplied artwork, electronic files and data and is not responsible for correctness of the artwork, electronic files and data or color matching. The client understands that each output device, analog or digital, will produce a different result and cannot be compared to the clients own output device or computer monitor. All clients’ files are produced by MakPackages.com utilizing the latest technology and software applications, production digital presses, high quality ink jet wide format printers and high quality offset presses. MakPackages.com will evaluate the client’s digital input and no claims or promises are made about our ability to output jobs submitted in digital format, and no liability is assumed for problems with said files. Any editing or correction required to utilize client-supplied files will be charged at our current rates, but only after approval has been received from the client.
7) Proofs
Customer is fully responsible for final proof and layout approval prior to the printing process. MakPackages.com is not liable for errors in a final product caused by any of the following reasons:
8) Changes
All orders are considered in work and are in process the moment they are received and cannot be changed after 24 hours from the time an order is processed. It is the clients’ responsibility to make the necessary alterations within the given time frame otherwise the order gets processed. MakPackages.com accepts no liability in regards to changes to be made after an order is processed. It is understood that the client has prepared, proofed, and priced their order with MakPackages.com prior to submission and no cancellation or refund can be made.
9) Design Specifications
All design specifications are indicated in the help section of this web site. Files which do not meet these requirements will be rejected. MakPackages.com assumes no responsibility for cutting text or images which exist outside our required safe areas and/or submitted files not set up to specifications for resolution, formatting, fonts not embedded or supplied or any other violation of our specifications. Templates for layout of various items are available at no cost in the help section of this web site. The min. bleed margin required is 1/8". Please check your files before submitting it for printing.
10) Color Accuracy
It is understood that each output device, analog or digital, will produce a different result and cannot be compared to the clients own output device or computer monitor. Because of these differences, a "pleasing color" variation between color proofs, clients output on its own device or appearance on clients computer monitor and the completed job [as determined by generally accepted trade technical methods] is to be expected. When such a variation occurs, it will be considered acceptable performance. MakPackages.com does not guarantee an exact color match to the artwork or electronic files submitted. Depending on whether offset or digital printing is ordered, MakPackages.com may convert the color mode to CMYK, RGB, PMS or Hex chrome methods possibly resulting in color shift. MakPackages.com is not responsible for any color shift.
11) Workmanship Guarantee
MakPackages.com guarantees all orders to be free of defects from workmanship. If any order does not match the specifications provided, we will reprint the order if the client returns the defected order within 10 days to MakPackages.com. MakPackages.com guarantees regarding the quality of printed products. In printing MakPackages.com guarantees from 4/4, to 8/4 color printing if there is not any solid color ground on the back side. MakPackages.com also doesn’t guarantees exact color match.
12) Samples
MakPackages.com reserves the right to use client’s product for samples for advertising purposes in addition to posting as electronic samples on this website.
13) Cancellations
All orders are considered in work and in process the moment they are received and cannot be cancelled. It is understood that the client has prepared, proofed, and priced their order with MakPackages.com to submission and no cancellation or changes after 24 hours can be made. If client cancels order within 24hrs, full amount will send refunded back. After 24hours orders cannot be cancelled and there would be No Refund.
14) Shipping Methods
MakPackages.com offers free shipping and handling with its standard turnaround time for all US orders. Canadian Customers have to pay additional for shipping and handling. Orders are shipped via DHL, FedEx, UPS. With our standard turnaround time all orders are shipped via ground. MakPackages.com offers free shipping and handling only for our standard turnaround time. If client needs his/her order earlier he/she will have to notify MakPackages.com before placing order. MakPackages.com is not responsible for delays happened by the shipping company and/or damage incurred during shipping and handling. MakPackages.com has several locations, subsidiaries and affiliates globally. Products are manufactured at all locations using same method and materials. MakPackages.com reserves the right, in its sole discretion to manufacture and ship an order from any of its locations.
15) All Sales Final
Since each job is custom created for its owner, it can not be reused, resold or exchanged.
16) Claims
Claims for defects, damages, or shortages must be made by the client in writing no later than 10 calendar days after delivery. If no such claim is made, MakPackages.com and the client will understand that the job has been accepted. By accepting the job, the client acknowledged MakPakages.com performance which fully satisfied all terms, conditions and specifications.
17) RETURNS
Our customers' satisfaction is our number one priority, and we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee reading printed products. If you receive an order which do not match its original specifications provided, MakPakages.com will reprint the order. Simply contact Customer Service at sales@MakPakages.com to let us know what you will be returning, and we will provide you with our Return Department address. Then package your item and ship via the carrier of your choice.
18) Liability
MakPackages.com liability shall be limited to the stated selling price to the client of any defective goods, and shall in no event include special, consequential, incidental, indirect or similar damages, including without limitation, lost profits. MakPackages.com warrants that every product manufactured by it meets industry standard for any product and is free of any material defect in workmanship flaw. IT IS EXPRESSLY AGREED THAT THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR USE AND MERCHANTABILITY. MakPackages.com makes no other warranty and no actions or words of MakPackages.com or its officers, employees or agents shall constitute a warranty.
